What's happening at the Lethbridge Figure Skating Club

January 23rd, 2012- Congratulations to all skaters who competed in the "Winter Dreams" competition in Claresholm this past weekend.  There were lots of fantastic performances!  Good Luck to the Synchro 2 and 3 teams who are traveling to Edmonton this upcoming weekend to compete at the Mountain Regional Synchronized Skating Championships. 

January 19th, 2012- The new clubwear has arrived, THANK YOU to Angela D'Agnone for all her hard work organizing this year's order!

January 16th, 2012- A big WooHoo to all 3 synchronized skating teams.  They competed at the "Rosebowl" Synchronized skating Competiton this past weekend in Calgary.  The Open Team placed 2nd, the Juvenile team placed 2nd, and the Beginner 2 team had a fantastic performance.  (as the Beginner categories are considered 'non-competitive' there are no rankings, but they are #1 to us!!!)

January 2012 -  We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas holiday!  The Winter schedule will resume on Monday January 9th, 2012. 

December 7th, 2011- A reminder the last day of the regular schedule including all group lessons is Friday December 16th, 2011.  The regular schedule will resume in January.

November 21st, 2011 - A reminder that all regular programs will be cancelled on Saturday November 26th, 2011

****** Helmet Policy **********  Skate Canada has implemented a mandatory helmet policy.  Full details of the policy can be found here.  As a result, Helmets will be mandatory for all Canskate and Kidscanskate skaters.  More information can also be found at www.thinkfirst.ca
