WHAT'S HAPPENING AT THE LSC?
The Lethbridge Skating Club is please to offer 5 weeks of skating lesson programs during our Spring Session at ATB Centre - Red Arena! Lessons take place March 29th - April 30th, 2021.
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
Please note that under the current restrictions surrounding COVID-19, parents are not allowed in the arena. All skaters should arrive ice ready and must be independent to enter and exit the arena on their own. All participants must maintain a minimum distance of 3-metres at all times and must adhere to the LSC Covid-19 Protocol in place for the health and safety of all. All skaters must be age 18 years and under with the exception of AdultSkate, where participants must be 18 years and older.
Be sure to apply any account credit you may have to your registration invoice at check-out.

- Tuesday CanSkate group lessons - participants must have completed Stage 2 of the CanSkate program
- we regret we cannot accept beginner level skaters at this time, as all skaters and coaches must maintain the minimum 3-metre distance at all times. This prevents coaches from being able to assist skaters physically. All skaters must be able to stand, move forward, and recover from a fall independently
- Tuesday CanPowerSkate group lessons - participants must have completed the Pre-Power level.
- Group STARSkate (STAR 1-2) - offered Mondays
- This group lesson beginner figure skating program is for skaters who have completed CanSkate Stage 4 and are working on the STAR 1-2 skill levels of STARSkate.
- Private Lesson STARSkate - eight one hour sessions are offered each week. Skaters must be 18 years and under. Due to restrictions with scheduling, registration is by invitation only. For inquiries, please email us at lethbridgeskating@gmail.com
- AdultSkate - offered in group lesson format for CanSkate and STARSkate participants, ages 18 years and older. This session is restricted to low-intensity activity as per current COVID restrictions. We regret we cannot accept beginner level skaters at this time. All skaters must be able to stand, move forward, and recover from a fall independently

IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
- In order to ensure a safe return to the ice for our LSC skaters, coaches and families, modified programming is presented that includes COVID-19 guidelines as set forth by the Province of Alberta, City of Lethbridge, Skate Canada, and the Skate Canada: Alberta-NWT/Nunavut Section.
- All skaters, coaches, parents and staff of the LSC must adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines and protocols in place.
