VOLUNTEER & FUNDRAISING POLICIES
NEW THIS SEASON: There are no longer any minimum Fund Raising requirements for ANY program at the Lethbridge Skating Club. Opportunities for fund raising will be presented to LSC members throughout the season and we hope you will support our LSC in these fund raising endeavours.

There are no minimum requirements for volunteering for CanSkate, CanPowerSkate and AdultSkate families. However, when you sign your child up to participate in events involving your CanSkate children we will ask you to commit to helping out so that we may deliver a successful experience for your child. Aside from the weekly lesson schedule, there are two events during the Fall-Winter season that are designed for the enjoyment and participation of CanSkate children:
  • Frozen Fest Element Event on Saturday, January 18, 2020
  • Carnival (Annual Ice Show) on Saturday, April 4, 2020

All STARSkate and SynchroSkate families must accept the terms of the Volunteering Policy at time of registration.
A post-dated volunteer commitment guarantee item of $200 will be added to the member registration invoice which will become due May 1st, 2020. This item will be voided from the invoice before the due date if the required volunteer hours have been completed.

Please review the volunteer policy for the 2019-20 Fall Winter Season:
