This means everyone above the age of two must wear a face covering while not participating directly in high intensity on ice activities. Coaches must wear a mask at all times including on the ice surface. On ice athletic participants must wear face coverings until such time as a helmet is donned for access to the ice area. For participants that do not wear helmets, they must wear their mask until they access the ice surface. Those not wearing a mask will be asked to leave the facility immediately.

- Dressing rooms will be available for a maximum of 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each booking.
- Participants are encouraged to arrive ice ready and reduce the time in the change room as much as possible.

- Prior to every session, skaters and coaches must complete the online health screening and contact tracing log by scanning the QR Code posted in the arena lobby. Overall results of this screening will be recorded and kept on file for 4 weeks. If a skater, coach or volunteer answers YES to any of the questions, they will not be permitted on the ice, will be sent home and asked to visit the AHS Online Health Assessment Tool. A copy of the screening questions will be provided to skaters prior to their first session.
