ICE Aerobics is the practice of skills set to music of different tempos; so whether you are a beginner with a helmet or a gold test skater, you can be challenged and even learn all those crazy steps you see skaters do at the highest levels!

Depending on skill level, you will need figure skates (preferably), a helmet if you are new to skating and haven’t taken figure skating lessons before, a pair of gloves and some warm flexible layers. Come see how fun it is. Our instructor has the best taste in music!
